Skull Face is a good guy! His bio on the card says:
‘He may be a real bone-head, but no bones about it, this escapist can scare his way out of anything!’

Skull Face came packaged on a cardback, in a clear bubble. The front of the card had information about the figure. On the rear of the card it told you about the Goodballs and Badballs. It showed all of the different figures that you could collect and explained that the heads could be mix and matched!
