CAPT. HOWL (STARMADA)
CAPT. Howl is part of the Starmada Attack Force, the Shadow Force’s air and space fleet. He came packaged on a European double cardback with COL. Paul Corbin in series four.

CAPT. Howl has a Shadow Force symbol on the front of his chest. H has a moustache on his face. He has rank symbols on each arm.
There are two holes in the back so that a backpack can be fixed to it. The boots have two magnets so figures can connect to magnetic surfaces. The arms can only move in one direction but the legs have joints at the knee.
ACCESSORIES
CAPT. Howl came with a backpack, gun, connector cable and pink tinted visor. The cable connected the backpack to the gun. As the accessories were very small, many have been lost over the years.

CAPT. Howl was released on the European double cardback with the Starcom figure COL. Paul Corbin.
In the later series there were no specific figures that came with vehicles. Random cardback figures were added to the vehicles and so he may be found with some of the later vehicles.
