SHADOW VAMPIRE

The Shadow Vampire is part of Starmada, the Shadow Force’s air and space fleet. The Shadow Vampire vehicle came with the figure CAPT. MACE. The Shadow Vampire has spring activated canopies for the pilot and gunner. It has swing out paralaser wing cannons with extendable barrels. It has motorised recoil-action paralaser cannons and multi position engines.

The technical profile (below) states that SGT. Von RODD is the gunne rfor the vehicle.

The Shadow Vampire has a trigger that when pressed raises the engines up. There is a button on the top of the vehicle and when this is pressed the top cannons move in and out. To make the cannons work the clockwork mechanism must be wound up by turning the grey part at the bottom of the ship. The side guns pop out when a button on each side at the front is pressed.

The Shadow Vampire has two top cannons that are often missing.

PACKAGING

The Shadow Vampire came with CAPT. MACE. There was a U.S. version of the Coleco box and also a European version, with the U.S. aspects taken off. It was also later released on a Mattel box without the U.S. aspects.
