Cutter
Birthplace: Auckland, New Zealand.
A former coastguard from the treacherous seas around New Zealand’s South Island. A tough, uncompromising sea-farer whose dogged determination has earned him many bravery awards. Steadfastly refuses to be beaten by the elements at any time. Although totally reliable, Cutter has very little respect for authority.
Cutter came boxed exclusively with the Action Force Hovercraft vehicle. He did not come with any accessories.

Cutter had a moulded hat on his head and moustache. He wears a shirt with life saving jacket. He has a gun holster on his left leg. He has a watch on his right wrist.

G.I. JOE U.S. RELEASE
Despite being released in the U.K. in 1985, The Hovercraft was first released in the U.S. in 1984 and 1985. It was named the Killer W.H.A.L.E. It came in a different box and with different stickers.
DATAFILE
Datafiles could be found in the Battle Action Force comics. They contained lots of information about the characters and had some great artwork.
