ACTION FORCE 1985 (THIRD SERIES)

TRIAD FIGHTER

Triad Fighter

Three-part spaceship consisting of a mother ship and two detachable explorers. It is designed for high speed search and attack missions.

The Action force Triad Fighter came with the figure Moondancer version two. Moondancer version two was a repaint of the G.I. Joe figure Short Fuse. He is a rare figure and can be hard to find (especially with all accessories).

The Triad Fighter has the middle ‘mother ship’ and two smaller detachable explorer pods. The part that holds the smaller pods can be turned around 360 degrees to act as rockets for the mother ship.

The Triad Fighter has a windscreen in the centre pod that raises up and down. The two smaller pods also have windscreens that can be removed completely.

The Triad Fighter has two engine parts that attach to the back of the ‘mother ship.’ The smaller parts have two smaller engines each that attach to their rear. The engine parts are often missing as they are small. The smaller pod engines fall out quite easily.
