The Medic bag came with the  Z Force Medic Doc. it was a small bag with a handle. It came separately in a cardback with a red cross sticker and some pictures of medic equipment. 

The red cross was a sticker that was stuck onto the front of the medic box. The medic box opened to reveal some pictures of medic equipment inside. The bag was closed with a small clip.
