1983 (series 2)
H.I.S.S. DRIVER
The Cobra H.I.S.S. Driver was released in 1983 as part of series 2. He was packaged with the Cobra H.I.S.S. Tank (High Speed Sentry). The Driver and Tank was also available in 1984 and discontinued in 1985.
In 1987, the H.I.S.S. Driver was packaged with five other figures in the “Special Missions Drivers” set through Hasbro Direct mail-order.

Body Mould
The H.I.S.S. Tank Driver has a moulded helmet with silver visor. He has a Cobra emblem on his chest which often gets scratched off. He wore very high moulded black boots.
ACCESSORIES
The H.I.S.S. Driver came with no accessories.
PACKAGING
The Cobra H.I.S.S. Driver came pakaged exclusively with the Cobra H.I.S.S. Tank.
ACTION FORCE RELEASE
The G.I. Joe Cobra H.I.S.S. Driver was sold as the Hyena Driver and Escape Armour Pilot in the Action Force 1985 third series.
