TRIPWIRE
Torpedo was released in 1983 as part of series 2. He was sold in 1984 and 1985 and was discontinued in 1986.
He was also available in a three pack with Snowjob and Tripwire. This was a special mail-order three-pack from J.C. Penny.

Trip Wire has a moulded head and goggles. He has body armour covering his front chest and abdomen. He appears to have a plate covering his crotch too! On his rear he has one back pocket. He has a gun in a holster on his right leg.

Tripwire came with a mine detector, backpack and three mines.

ACTION FORCE RELEASE
Tripwire was also released as part of the Palitoy Action Force (U.K. and Europe) toyline in 1985.

The Action Force second series SAS Blades figure was a repaint of the G.I. Joe Tripwire figure.
