Baron Ironblood came with his signature black helmet. The helmet came flat in the card with the figure. An arrow shaped point on one end locked into a hole on the other end to create the cone shaped helmet that went over the figures head. There was a variant of this helmet that had some dimples in the cheek areas of the helmet. 

The German version of Baron Eisenblut came with a helmet that had dimples in the cheek. This is a rarer version and is hard to find.
