A champion surfer in his youth- rode the “Tunnel” at Waikiki. Very happy at sea, he has an intuitive appreciation of moods and eather changes on the ocean. Joined Q Force and has since designed and developed the Sea Skimmer, a speed-board capable of 150 knots. Best record ever on Action Force “Rescue and Recovery.”

The Q Force Sea Skimmer figure (Surfer) came with his Sea Skimmer board and two small missiles that attached to the front. The missiles are small and are often hard to find.

Body Mould
The Sea Skimmer figure has a moulded helmet with mouth piece and Q Force symbol on the head. He has waterproof overalls with red gloves. He has ammo belts across his chest with three grenades attached. On his lower back there is a water canteen and dagger.
ACCESSORIES
The Sea Skimmer (Surfer) came with a the Sea Skimmer vehicle, two missiles and a sticker. The vehicle came in two parts that clipped together. The figure could stand on two pegs and hold two handles so he was quite firmly attached. The two missiles could be pushed into the holes at the front and they would stay in place. Thee was also a Q Force yellow sticker included to go on the front.

The Sea Skimmer came as a carded figure.
File Card
Information about the figure could be found on the back of the figures file card (the Datafile information). Each figure also had an individual medal number for the mail order offer. The Sea Skimmer number was 49.
VARIANTS
Version one of this figure had a long mouth piece. Another variant also had a long mouth piece but in a circular shape (as opposed to the more rectangular shape). The figures with the mouth piece mould always seemed to have quite a few variants!
The Sea Skimmer figure was a variant of the first series Naval Assault figure.

Datafiles could be found in the Battle Action Force comics. They contained lots of information about the characters and had some great artwork.
