Silent Attack version 1
The Silent Attack version 1 came with the Beaver figure. It is a one man canoe with paddle and other accessories. Beaver even has a life jacket.
The Action Force 1985 was a repaint of the 1983-1984 version.
The Silent Attack version 1 is painted in a lovely black colour which makes it look quite stealthy! It came with the figure Beaver. Beaver came with a grease gun and a life jacket. The vehicle is on wheels so it could be pushed along a floor.
The Silent attack came with a paddle, a spotlight, an aerial, a flag and two side counter weights. The aerial is often missing as it is very small and prone to being broken.

The Silent Attack version 1 vehicle came boxed with the figure Beaver.

VARIANTS
The Silent Attack vehicle was originally released in the Action Force second series as an SAS Force vehicle. As an SAS vehicle it was painted all in black and had less leg room for figures.
The Action Force version was repainted and packaged in a different box with different stickers. The picture below shows how similar the vehicles were. The vehicle accessories were the same. To see the Action Force 1985 version just click on the picture below.
G.I. JOE U.S. RELEASE
The Silent Attack version 1 was not released as part of the G.I. Joe line.
DATAFILE
Datafiles could be found in the Battle Action Force and Action Force comics. They contained lots of information about the vehicles and characters and had some great artwork.
