ATT BRECHER

Codename: Brecher

Personal Name: Gianni Paulo Brazzi

ATT Number: 396668

Primary  Speciality: Communications

Secondary  Speciality: Radio equipment

Birthplace: Milan, Italy

A tough Policeman who has fought in anti-terrorist campaigns in most countries of the world. Has a mind of his own and hates training. Knows his equipment inside out and is an expert in use of the secret satellite communications network. A radio ham in his spare time and has chess partners all over the world. Nothing can surprise Brecher and there is no situation which he cannot grasp.

Brecher was the German variant of the Z Force Radio Operator “Breaker”. He came with a cap, black gun (from the Star Wars figure 4-Lom) and a Radio backpack. The back pack was clever as it had a headset attached to it which could be placed over Breaker’s head or stored on the pack. The pack has a nice antenna sticking out too!

Brecher is very difficult to find on a cardback. I do not have pictures of one so if you can contribute please get in touch.

In 1983 Germany released their versions of Action Force as Anti-Terror Teams and Terror Teams. In Germany the logos on the figures were all changed and instead of replica guns they had weapons that looked less-real! The German toy boxes were all cardboard and did not have plastic windows like in other countries.

LOOKS AND SOUNDS FAMILIAR

Brecher was the German version of the Z Force Breaker figure. The Z Force Radio Operator “Breaker” had the same name as the G.I. Joe figure who was released in 1985 as part of Action Force. Both figures had a radio communications skill. The G.I. Joe Breaker did not come with a weapon.

LOOKS FAMILIAR

The black radio back pack also came with the First Series Commando and the SAS Battle Gear pack. A red version came with the Q Force Sonar Officer.

Brecher’s black weapon also came with Kapitan, Schwarzer Major and the Star Wars Empire Strikes Back figure 4-LOM.
