Champion swimmer, Barracuda has vast experience in scuba diving and spent several years diving for an oil rig company. Joined French Foreign Legion to escape arms smuggling charge, where he swiftly became an expert knife fighter, and explosives expert. Joined Action Force when he left the Legion.

The SAS Frogman Barracuda was a repaint of the First Series SAS Frogman. He comes with an Oxygen tank and flippers.

Body Mould

The SAS Frogman has a moulded wetsuit with the SAS emblem on his left breast. He has a watch moulded on his left wrist and a knife moulded onto his lower left leg. the first version had defined toes on the mould.

 

ACCESSORIES

The SAS Frogman came with an oxygen tank with mask and flippers. The Oxygen tank could be strapped onto the figures body and then the mask could be placed over his head. The flippers could be put onto his feet.

The SAS Frogman figure came as a carded figure.

File Card

Information about the figure could be found on the back of the figures file card (the Datafile information). Each figure also had an individual medal number for the mail order offer. The SAS Frogman number was 21. 

VARIANTS

The SAS Frogman version one was all black with soft plastic, defined toes, flat left hand and a straight belt. The second version was like version one but had a yellow watch face. The third version was all black with harder plastic, a curved belt, round left hand and a foot with no defined toes.

 

The SAS Frogman was a variant of the First Series Frogman and the First Series SAS Frogman. The German Barracuda figure also had the same figure mould.

 

DATAFILE

Datafiles could be found in the Battle Action Force comics. They contained lots of information about the characters and had some great artwork.
