Ex-leader of specialist survival school. Recruited by Action Force and given extra training in communication technology. Phones controls the radio on the Q Force craft, Swordfish.

“Phones is an expert, and hates anything to go wrong with his equipment!”

The Q Force Sonar Officer came with a red radio back pack and red AK style rifle. Although the Swordfish vehicle did not come with a figure the Datafile show that the Sonar Officer would usually be on it.

Body Mould

The Sonar Officer came in yellow overalls with a wet suit style head covering. He has the Q Force symbol on his left breast. He has a dagger and water bottle on the small of his back. He has two red pouches on both arms.

ACCESSORIES

The Sonar Officer came with a red radio back pack with headset and aerial. He also came with red AK style rifle. The headset on the pack can be placed on his head and also stored on the back pack (as shown below). The back pack has two straps that go over the figures head and connect to two plastic pins.

The Sonar Officer originally came with an AK-47 with a full barrel and muzzle but it was too long to fit in the card bubble. Staff were requested to cut off the barrel so it would fit. Some weapons had just the muzzle removed and some had the whole barrel removed. The below pictures of the AK-47 with full muzzle and barrel are of a coloured image of a grey version (the full barrel versions are hard to find!).

The backpack came in a dark red colour with the version one figure and it came  as dark red or orange with the version two figure.
