The Imperial Dignitary was released in 1985 as part of the Power Of The Force line. He is therefore one of the renowned last 17 figures. He did not come with any accessories. He did come with a collectors coin on the Power of The Force Cardback. The European tri-logo cardbacks did not have collectors coins.

The POTF cardback did contain a collectors coin.
