The Too-Onebee (2-1B) Medical Droid was first released in 1981. He was released after The Empire Strikes Back film came out. In the film he appeared treating Luke Skywalker after his encounter with the Hoth Wampa. He later appeared treating Luke for a hand replacement. His figure was also released on Return Of The Jedi Cardbacks and the tri-logo cardbacks.
He came with a syringe accessory but the hose that fitted in his mouth and side was also removable.

The 2-1B Medical Droid came with a silver medical syringe.
