Emperor Dark was only available as a mail away and in the Shadow Force Action Set.

Double carded figures were only released in Europe. They contained new figures that could only be found in Europe and are now very sought after by collectors. CPL. Cronax and Speed came together but the rest of the new figures came with one of the previously released figures. Captain Secret was also a European only release and he came with the Starhawk vehicle.

Initially Starcom vehicles had specific drivers/pilots that came with them. In the later years random carded figures were put in with the vehicles and so you would not know which one you would get. Captain Secret was a European only release and he came with the Starhawk vehicle.
