Mattel took over from Coleco in May 1989. This last series was only released in Europe. After Mattels takeover, the make on the toy packaging obviously changed from Coleco to Mattel. 

The figure Capt. Secret only came with the Starhawk vehicle, was a Euro exclusive and came in a baggy with a visor (no accessories). 

New Euro exclusive figures were released in double cardbacks with older figures. On the back of the cardbacks some of the figures are shown with incorrect weapons (some Starcom figures have Shadow Force weapons and vice versa).

 The figure Ranger is shown on the back of the double cardbacks, but this figure was never produced. The Shadow Upriser is by far the most sought-after vehicle. It is rare and very hard to get fully complete and functioning.
