Each of the five Action force teams had a carded Battle Gear pack. The Battle Packs contained weapons and accessories that could be used with the figures. The Battle Gear packs also had medal numbers and could be used to get mail away officers.

The Z Force Battle Gear packs included a green back pack with ladder, a green SLR, a green detonator, a green grappling hook, a green ammo box, a green machete and a figure stand.
