The Red Shadows were led by Baron Ironblood and he was hell bent on world domination!.  His lieutenant was the Black Major who was originally from Action Force. His henchman consisted of a large number of Red Shadows who were his main troops. Looking at the amount of “good guy” figures it may seem the odds were stacked against the Baron. However he had many brainwashed Red Shadows at his disposal as well as many clones of the Kraken! Other members of the Red Shadows are shown below.
