The bounty hunter 4-LOM was first released in 1982. He was released after The Empire Strikes Back film came out. In the film he appeared with other bounty hunters when Darth Vader was searching for the Millenium Falcon and it’s crew. 4-LOM came on Empire Strikes Back cardbacks as well as Return Of The Jedi.
He was also available as a mail order figure.
He came with a rifle, cloak and webbing. The below example was made in Hong Kong.
